Not worrying is one of the most difficult battles one needs to face in his/her life. Without even realizing what we are doing or not doing, our lives pass us by and we have spent a good deal of time just worrying, preventing ourselves to make some good plans and take action.
“Why didn’t I think of it before?”
“What was I thinking?”
Very common questions, right? I am not suggesting that things are always easy to work out. However, tons of times we are our own isolating walls. Again, I do not think that “In the end everything will turn up all right.” because, sometimes it doesn’t happen. However, that is not equal to an ETERNAL MISERY sentence.
It’s not always that easy to keep up with our busy lives.
Work schedule. School or university schedule. Personal life schedule and so on. So many errands to run and sometimes it feels so little time, that we barely manage to breathe.
This post is not on how to schedule or what to schedule. Our lives are so dynamic that there is no way we can make a fitting guide to meet all our needs. What works fine for me today, won’t work tomorrow, the important thing is to have a few tips to make scheduling easier.
Well I am a bit in a hurry, but I really wanted to share my combo tips today. So, yeah, here we are again in the “fashion to utility” corner of my blog. Exactly, to me being comfortable is the very essential of being stylish or fashionable.
Try to always choose functional items for your outfit, even when it comes to accessories if they serve a purpose even better, otherwise you risk making it look heavy and Christmas Tree look like, not really a good choice, considering that it’s still summer and everything.
So a nice quiet afternoon out? Here we go:
Glitter black sneakers Cult or I love them, what about you? Or a pair of leather boot sandals LiuJo.
See below the combos I have in mind:
High waist torn black denims Bershka or a pair of high waist shorts H&M
Loose grey shirt Pull&Bear
My final decision:
Adding a grey bag Carpisa and my faux snake-skin Stradivarius wallet.
Tell me what do you think? You like it? What would have been your own choices? I am curious to know.
I have read a good share of blog posts, by other fellow bloggers, how they manage the blog space with their busy real life schedules. I have read lots of useful tips, how to make it work and at the same time avoid falling behind with the post sharing here in the blogosphere.
It’s been two months of blogging to me, and for sure I am no expert, I have still a lot more to learn, but I am sharing how I cope with blogging and how I am keeping the whole activity organized, according to my standards of course ;p. I confess, sometimes I find it hard to keep up and I have my slack off moments, but I manage to recover pretty quickly 🙂 (for now).
Next week I am going on vacation. I can’t describe how excited I am. Everything has been planned and scheduled, some things to be handled before leaving the city, but the most important tasks already checked.
A few little details are still in pending, and when you have plenty of time ahead, the estimated impact looks insignificant, but when time is due it might look nerve breaking.
Ok, so today is Friday again… (dduuuhhhh… a cycle with a 7 day frequency yada yada) and I thought that I can help you a little bit with some other tips on… heels? Wearing them or not?
Before I go on, let’s make a deal; since on Fridays I also update my novel Italian ChaT (today Part IV :D), next week I am switching these kind of posts on Thursday. What do you think? (Oh, I am having so much fun with this blog thing!!! \oo/)
I thought I could wait a little bit, before posting the next part of Shopping strategies, but HEY, it’s Friday and I smell weekend… I smell salt and sea and sun and beach, but someone might rightfully choose a brief tour in a shopping center… eheheh the “tour” ok… brief? Not so much.
In the previous post I was talking about the pros and cons of being accompanied when shopping, today is about being on your own.
To be honest, I enjoy both, I have always enjoyed being on my own when shopping, but once I found the perfect companion I enjoy that too.
Lots of us like to shop… clothes…Where are my girls?? (I am not discriminating, boys no offense meant :D)
As for me, I love shopping, I don’t mind second-hand shops either. In fact, these are the places where you can find cute, original, authentic stuff in very good condition and for a very good price. I’d love a pair of SMC platform brogues! (I can’t afford them, the mere presence of the shoes, no matter how divine they look, is not going to pay my monthly bills :p )
That’s why we need strategy and some tips wouldn’t harm. So, first question:
